# Getting Started

Both the [core WireBootstrap JavaScript library](https://docs.wirebootstrap.com/wirebootstrap/installation#wire) and it's introductory set of components [Bootstrap for WireBootstrap](/wirebootstrap/installation.md#bootstrap-components) can be installed and used individually for free.  

To see a working sample of both, download the [WireBootstrap Gentelella Lite theme project](https://www.wirebootstrap.com/products/gentelella.html).  This is a free sample project that uses the WireBootstrap Bootstrap Components package to develop a simple web application using the [Local Data data connector](https://docs.wirebootstrap.com/wirebootstrap/connecting-to-data/data-connectors/local-data) with sample sales data in a JSON file.
